Through this question the company knows whether you should hire them. Or how you can work for the team. The answer should be based on your job description.
When it comes to telling your strengths during the interview, it does not mean that you start telling your personal strengths. Eg :- I can run 100 meters in 1 minute. Or I can drop 50 kg with one hand. I can lift weights During the interview, you have to tell your strengths which match the requirement of that job.
Whatever you tell your strengths, but to support it, you should have real life examples, which you can add to the answer.
