Refund Policy


1. Jai Mata Di Tutoring (JMDTutor) does not collect any fees online from parents or students.

2. The tuition fee is paid directly to the tutor by the parent/student after completion of one month of classes.

3. Since Jai Mata Di Tutoring (JMDTutor) is not involved in the payment transaction, the organization is not responsible for any refund, dispute, or financial claims between the tutor and the parent/student.

4. Any payment-related issues, refunds, or disagreements must be resolved directly between the tutor and the parent/student.

5. Jai Mata Di Tutoring (JMDTutor) acts only as a platform/mediator to connect tutors with students and does not handle or control any financial transactions.
